Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions apply to all transactions completed through Snappy Tax Refunds’ official payment platforms and service channels. A “client” is defined as any individual or legal entity placing an order with Snappy Tax Refunds via our secure payment page, by check, cash, or any other approved method.

Snappy Tax Refunds offers products and services nationwide across all 50 U.S. states.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Snappy Tax Refunds offers different access depending on the client’s age:

18 years and older: eligible to purchase tax education courses and digital tax products
16 years and older: eligible to use tax preparation services and other business-related services such as coaching, document assistance, and support

Any transaction made by an individual under 16 years of age will be canceled and refunded. We reserve the right to verify the age and eligibility of any client.

Article 2: Order Confirmation

Placing an order with Snappy Tax Refunds implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions. Orders are confirmed once payment and all required information or documentation are received.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may be updated at any time; however, the price applicable at the time of purchase will be honored. Shipping and processing fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order, including for pre-orders. Accepted payment methods include:

Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Discover)
PayPal

We do not accept American Express at this time. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal, using industry-standard encryption. Snappy Tax Refunds is not responsible for payment security breaches that occur outside our system.

Article 5: Delivery

For digital products and services, delivery is completed via email, member portal access, or a secure digital download. For physical items, delivery is made to the address provided by the client. Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their contact and delivery information. In case of shipping or access issues, we will make every effort to resolve the problem or offer a suitable alternative.

Article 6: Personal Data Protection

Snappy Tax Refunds adheres to U.S. data protection laws. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the fulfillment of services and related communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails. Your information will never be sold and is shared only with verified partners necessary to deliver your purchased services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, portals).

Article 7: Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital and tax services, all sales are final once services are delivered or digital access is granted. If services have not been started, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of Snappy Tax Refunds.

Article 8: Applicable Law

All agreements and transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with U.S. federal and Nevada state laws.
